Shipping & Handling

If you have already placed an order, please use the tracking number in your email and go onto our Track Your Order page to see your order status.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Beijing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons due to high demand.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Once you place your order, please allow 7-10 business for delivery depending on your location.

All orders are shipped with Express Postal Service.
